The doors will open at 9:30am for registration which will run to Noon. The Auction will start at 11am Sharp.
Please read the rules. There is also a seller sheet for you to use on the auction page. For seller’s I.D. we suggest using your 3 initials, and check when you are at registration desk that they are available. There must be 3 letters for our auction program.
You do NOT need to be a member to attend, buy, and sell at our annual auctions. If you plan to sell items, please ensure that all items are recorded on the Seller sheet. For those selling fish, it is mandatory that all fish are properly bagged and labeled clearly with your contact information.
Please ensure that all hard goods, such as fish tanks, are thoroughly cleaned before being offered for sale. Any lights or heaters must be functioning and will be tested. We have specific auction rules regarding what items can be sold, so please review them carefully.
