Well It’s almost time for Fall Fish Festival ’25 our biggest event of the year! Open to all!
Hosted by the Tropical Fish Club of Erie County. The event will take place Sept 20-21, 2025 at the Lake Erie Italian Club 3200 South Park Ave, Lackawanna, Ny 14218. This is a 2 Day of Fish, Friends and Fun.
Saturday we will be taking in Entries into our 30 Class Fish Show, attached are the rules , Show class and Entry Form. Entries will be accepted from 10am to 2pm.
At the Same time the Swap Meet Vendors will be setting up in the main room from 9am to 11am, with the Swap Meet open to the Public from 11am to 3pm.
At 11am we will have our Kids Tank Setup class, this is open to 15 Children. Each will receive a 10 gallon Tank and all the equipment to set up as well as a bag of fish and plants. They will be instructed on how to properly set up the tank. Each will also receive a Family Membership in the Tropical Fish Club of Erie County. See info on details of Fall Fish Festival Below.
The show room will be open to the public from 12 to 6pm
Saturday afternoon at 4 Pm we are pleased to Have Peter Unmack from Australia speaking on Rainbowfish. Peter will do a 2nd presentation after the Banquet Saturday evening. The Banquet will be at 6:15 this is a Buffet Dinner with a cost of $22.00 per person, pre-register for the banquet please, info is below.
Sunday morning the show will be judged. We will then register items for our Fall Auction starting at 9:30am with the Auction starting at 11am. Registration is from 9:30-Noon only! Limit of 50 Fish or Plants or live cultures and 5 of same fish. There will be a limit of 5 dry goods items due to time restraints. Our usual 70/30 split for the auction, any one can sell or buy, we accept Cash or Credit Card Payments.

Info for registering for Kids Set up Class: please email TFCECCLUB@gmail.com with the Childs name and age, along with your email to let you know and remind you of the schedule for the event
For registering for the Swap Meet, email TFCECCLUB@gmail.com with number of Tables, 1 Table $20.00, 2 Tables $35.00, 3 Tables $50.00 each additional table after 3 is $10.00 per table. No payment until day of swap, we will come to collect then, this is due to scammers trying to steal your money. Send the email with # of Tables, if you need electric(Limited bring an extension cord) and a list of what you will be bringing so we can advertise for you. We are limited on tables so the sooner you book we can guarantee a spot.
Registering for the Banquet Sat Night is $22.00 for a buffet dinner, our caterer has a great reputation and the food is great. Again send an email to TFCECCLUB@gmail.com, pay that night, let us know how many people, Early registration for this is suggested so we order for all.
All is free with the exception of Show registration fee, Swap tables and Banquet. There is no cost to attend the Speaker, see the show, walk and buy at the swap meet . The Public is welcome, so tell your friends to come check out our Yearly event.
